Orders Cancellation

1. Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value will be deducted.
2. Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.
3. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team via email, providing the order details and reason for cancellation.
4. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method used during the purchase.
